Physical Products
We accept returns of unused, unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
DVDs
Unopened DVDs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Opened DVDs are non-refundable unless defective.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable patterns, eBooks, PDFs, tutorials, videos, and other digital content are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
